Please contact us within 14 days from purchase, items are returned at your own cost and we advise items to be sent signed for to ensure they return back to us to issue a refund
Embroidery Stabilisers/Non Personalised Items

If for any reason you are unhappy or wish to return an item you may, providing that; (i) The item is new and unused, (ii) The item is in the original packaging, (iii) The item is sent back undamaged and in a protected manner (e.g the original shipping packaging the item was sent in)

Personalised Goods
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on personalised or customised goods, with the exception of errors when we manufacture the items, it is your responsibility to make sure at the time of purchase the customisation is correct, we cannot be held accountable for typing errors, if however we have made a mistake then please contact us and with proof of the mistake and we will be happy to assist
